Vision Day was a complete success! The KeyCity Capital team was excited and ready to Bring the Momentum this year and crush some goals!

It was such a pleasure to have Chad Williams speak about his commitment to becoming a Navy SEAL, and how hard work and dedication pays off. He draws from his experience in military to provide a Navy SEAL's perspective on issues related to effective leadership, teamwork, integrity, safety, mental toughness, discipline, overcoming adversity, and grit. We are all humbled by the sacrifices that brave men like Chad make are what grant us the privilege of the freedoms we have. We especially grateful because every member of the team received a signed copy of his book Seal of God, so we can continue growing and reflecting on the insights he shared.
